1. Scope of Services
We deliver annual, subscription‑based professional services in:

  • Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure Management

  • IT Management & Regulatory Compliance

  • Information Security & Cybersecurity

  • Desktop Support & Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

Each engagement is governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and an annual Statement of Work (SOW) that defines deliverables, success metrics, and service levels for the 12‑month term.

  • Incident Response – Critical 1 hr / High 4 hrs / Normal Next Business Day

  • Change Requests – Minor (<8 hrs) included; major requires a Change Order.

4. Payment Terms

  • Billing Frequency – Monthly, in advance, for the upcoming service month.

  • Due Date – Net‑30 from invoice date.

  • Late Fees – 3% per month on past‑due balances.

  • Adjustments – Usage‑based charges (e.g., additional cloud spend) are billed in arrears on the next invoice.

5. Refund & Credit Policy

Because our services are continuous and labor‑intensive, refunds are limited:

Client Terminates for Convenience During the 12‑Month Term

✔ All monthly invoices through the remainder of the 12-Month term payable and are non‑refundable. 

Pre‑Paid Months (if client opted to pay multiple months up front)

Force Majeure

Refunds or credits are addressed case‑by‑case based on services not delivered.

To request a refund or credit, email Infoinfo@isconsultllc.com with the contract number, reason, and supporting documentation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15  business  days.

6. Contract Term & Termination

  • Standard Term – 12 months from the start date stated in the SOW.

  • Renewal – Automatic annual renewal at then‑current rates unless either party gives 90  days’ written notice.

  • Data Return/Deletion – Upon termination, we will return client data and securely delete retained copies within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may amend this Fulfillment Policy to comply with new laws, improve clarity, or reflect service changes. The “Effective Date” will be updated, and the revised policy will apply to renewals and new SOWs.
